I’ve lost count at how many times I have visited the foundry because that’s how great this spot is! This is my go to brunch spot in pompano Beach! The drinks are strong and delicious and their brunch and food is great. Each time I go with my friends for brunch the experience never disappoints. Our servers each time were always phenomenal and delivered each time especially Jason he was awesome! You guys have amazing staff and service and the atmosphere there is fantastic. We will be back 😄

Delicious, great atmosphere and outstanding service. When we walked in without a reservation and a group of 6 and we were greeted right away and were sat down quickly. Our waiter was Todd and he did an outstanding job as our service. Always super attentive, gave us suggestions for meal and kept up with our drinks and ant needs. The food was amazing. We had the brussel sprouts, the eggplant meat balls, margarita pizza, the catch of the day plate which was unicorn fish, Philly cheesesteak, and tequila lime chicken. ALL OF THE PLATES WERE AMAZING!!! Highly recommend all of them. Sadly I only got one picture.

Thursday nights at The Foundry are something special. The meatballs were outstanding, the martinis were even better, and the live music was the perfect backdrop for all of it. Everything came together in a way that just works — great food, great drinks, great vibes. Already looking forward to the next one.

6/1/26-5:45pm- I wish I could give 10 Stars for incredible service, food and ambiance! Great location with lots of parking options. Yes you need to pay but it’s much less than LBTS and many other restaurant locations! There is both inside and outside seating most of the outside seating is under cover from the elements. My first time here and I chose an outdoor high top ( not under cover). It was partly cloudy and I was certain no rain on the way. I was wrong and just as I took one bite of my eggplant meatballs- pouring rain! Two of the servers- John was one and I don’t know the other young man’s name - they came so quickly and picked up all my things to minimize us getting wet! They were like Superheroes! I appreciated their quick response. Also assuring they were making a fresh appetizer for me. I moved to the outside bar ( completely under cover) and Todd took great care of me! I’m a fan for life! Great customer care and incredibly professional! Now to the absolutely delicious food!!! The happy hour is fabulous with great options! The main menu has something for everyone! I chose to order off the main menu. I ordered the Eggplant Meatballs.. wow!!!! Please refer to my pictures..

What a nice surprise. We were in the area and my business partner was hungry and insisted in coming to the foundry. And so glad we did. Danielle at the bar was superb. She was attentive and very friendly. This place gives me NY nostalgia after living in NYC for 14 years. The decor brings back a Manhattan vibe. So we opted for the sliders and the truffle bianca pizza. Now this pizza does NY pizza justice. Thin crusted. With a drizzle of hone for taste. And just enough truffle oil. It was delectable. It was amazing! Then we decided to get the stuffed mushrooms. The shrooms were good. It was just lackin aromatics like garlic or onions for me. The sliders, get it with cheese and onions.
